Dr Rots Alberts first was inspired to build a school because 1994 when he heard the words of Nelson Mandela, that one should take hands and build a better country, irrespective of colour, race and creed. He realized that education would bring about a better future for everyone and he became passionate about contributing to educate the previously disadvantaged.

Dr Alberts was called on to help give extra classes in Mathematics and Science privately and as his reputation grew, he began to give holiday classes in outlaying rural areas. Local principles would contact him to help their students. He became popular among people in the local disadvantaged areas, as well as those in better-off-areas.

Dr Alberts has the natural ability to communicate Maths and Sciences at the level necessary for high school students. As time went by, he became more involved and was asked to teach at Ben Viljoen in Groblersdal.

Dr Alberts however realized that there was a growing demand for a good school to be used by the local population with their eagerness for education. He would be adding value to the community by starting a school which has affordable fees but delivers high quality education.

The previous principal Miss. L. Koleman resigned after 6 years and she is followed by newly appointed principal Mrs. C. Botha. She has taken over as the principal from January 2018 and has HOD Diploma in Education. She has 30 years of experience in different Department Schools. She graduated in 1987 and started as a grade R teacher and was an acting temporary principal for 1 year. After a few years started as a grade 1 teacher and moved up until she was a few years in each grade up to grade 7. After moving to Groblersdal, she started as the Grade R principal and was the Foundation Phase HOD of the Dynamique Primary School.
